Position Overview:
We’re in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage the intake, storage, and shipping of automotive parts and products. This role is crucial in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate inventory management, and a streamlined shipping process.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, inspecting deliveries for accuracy and completeness.
• Unload, label, and organize incoming parts and materials in designated storage areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems and databases.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring items are properly packed, labeled, and documented for shipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
• Previous experience in automotive shipping and receiving or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using automotive inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
