Position Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring our customers receive exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to accurately identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines to customers.
• Collaborate with the service advisor team to ensure clear communication and understanding of customer concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to company safety protocols and standards.
• Stay updated on automotive technology advancements and participate in ongoing training as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles and other makes and models.
• Strong knowledge of Ford automotive systems, including engine performance, electrical, and computerized systems.
• Valid certification from an accredited automotive institution is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
