Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated Automotive Service Runners to support the service department. As a Service Runner, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations by assisting technicians, and service advisors in the day-to-day activities facing a very busy service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping service drive traffic flowing through the drive.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service drive area.
• Perform assigned tasks as requested by the service department staff and management.
• Conduct vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs for customers as required.
• Support service advisors in administrative tasks and customer inquiries when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an automotive service or related field is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
