Job Summary: The Automotive Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance and repair services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of automotive systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, assessing vehicle issues, recommending necessary repairs, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
