Job Description:
As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for establishing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about available vehicles, features, and financing options.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers’ preferences and requirements, recommending suitable vehicles and options.
  • Perform test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to highlight their benefits and advantages.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms, present financing options, and closing sales effectively while maintaining profitability.
  • Follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and informed information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A basic understanding of computer and mobile application use
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and additional automotive software.
