Position Overview:
We are seeking knowledgeable and experienced Parts Counter Personnel who have assistance using the CDK DMS system and who can accurately and efficiently look up, locate, and pull parts for our very busy service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Help service technicians and advisors create repair estimates with parts pricing and inventory availability.
• Provide accurate information and advice on OEM parts.
• Utilize computerized systems to locate and retrieve parts from inventory or place special orders.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, handling transactions and payments.
• Answer website inquiries and phone calls from retail parts customers and help them place orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counterwork area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive parts is advantageous.
• Previous experience in an automotive parts role or similar position is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
