We are looking for a dynamic and experienced New Car Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our dealership.

As the New Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our new car sales department. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism within the dealership. You will lead and train a team of sales professionals, manage inventory, and collaborate with other departments to drive the success of our dealership.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership:
    – Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    – Provide leadership, motivation, and training to the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
    – Foster a customer-centric culture that ensures a positive buying experience for all customers.
  • Inventory Management:
    – Monitor and manage new car inventory, maximizing allocation and creating a robust inventory with the proper model mix.
    – Collaborate with the General Manager to make informed decisions on ordering and pricing of vehicles.
    – Implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase vehicles in the showroom and on the lot.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    – Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
    – Encourage and promote customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve the dealership’s services.
  • Team Development:
    – Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to build a high-performing sales team.
    – Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
    – Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    – Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and dealership policies.
    – Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management and regulatory purposes.

Qualifications
  • Proven success as a New Car Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and sales analytics.
  • Knowledge of automotive trends and market conditions.
  • Familiarity with CDK and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.
